Zhang Zhongjie is a professor who earned his Doctor's Degree in Produce Storage and Processing from China Agricultural University, and received his postdoctoral training in Eco-environmental Study at China Academy of Sciences.
He has been Director of Institute of Grain Storage & Logistics in Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, and Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Grain Storage & Logistics. He is engaged in theoretical research, technology development and engineering application for grain drying and storage, heat and mass transfer in grain warehouse during static or blowing period, as well as CFD modelling. He has chaired or participated over 30 scientific research projects at national and provincial levels and gained rich experience in projects initiated by international cooperation. Having authored more than 40 articles with ISO and GB standards, Professor ZHANG also won 6 awards in the recent years.
