Huo Junsheng, is the researcher of the National Institute for Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
He devoted himself to the food and nutrition research for many years and especially in the fields of the nutritional intervention and amelioration. He has held several national projects for nutrition improvement. He has published about 130 scientific papers, 18 monographies or translations and has attained 3 patents for inventions and accomplished 10 amendments of national standards. He also serves as the nutrition consultant expert for WHO, the member of the Nutrition Standard Committee of the MOH, the member of the Technical Committee for Standardization of the Chinese Condiment, and the expert for the technical evaluation for health food.
